Trends in webdesign: free icons and inspiration for twitter
There’s a gracious little blue bird which flippant peeps out of the largest part of blogs present on the web. We are talking about twitter, undisputed king of micro-blogging services (others, less famous but worth citing are Yammer and Tumblr) which allows users to send text messages, under 140 characters through the website itself, SMS, instant messaging or e-mail. And if in Italy it is still little known and even less used, in foreign blogs this cute feathered creature is already a status simbol. I want to dedicate this article then to Twitter, demonstrating in a thorough showcase the most creative ways with which it is integrated in a webpage and bringing to you the most captivating and interesting free icons. Aren’t you curious?
